Any orders returned that were correctly despatched will be subject to an £8.00 Post and Packaging charge. Customers must also return any products in adequate protective packaging and by recorded delivery. All products returned must be complete and in the same unused condition as when despatched. Before returning the goods you must notify us in writing of you wish to cancel. You must notify in writing or by telephone to recieve your returns number. Credits will be paid back in the same way as the goods were originally paid for (minus any charges) unless by prior arrangement. Credits will only be authorised once we have received the goods in a satisfactory & complete condition. All products remain the property of TalexGPS until paid for in full. Under no circumstances will TalexGPS be liable for any claims arising out of the use of our products or services if not used in the correct manor Any order paid for by debit or credit cards must be done by the person that is named on the card and the goods must be despatched to the address the card is registered to. Any order paid for by postal order cheque etc. will not be despatched until any monies owed have cleared into our bank account. Correctly dispatched orders that you wish to return must be done so within 7 days of invoice date. Anything after this time will be subject to a 10% handling charge.
