Any orders returned that were correctly despatched will be subject to an £8.00 Post & Packaging charge. Customers must also return any products in adequate protective packaging and by recorded delivery. All products returned must be complete and in the same unused condition as when dispatched. Credits will be paid back in the same way as the goods were originally paid for (Minus any charges) unless by prior arrangement. Credits will only be authorised once we have received the goods in a satisfactory & complete condition. All products remain the property of 'SnooperDuper' until paid for in full. Under no circumstances will Snooper Duper be liable for any claims arising out of the use of our products or services if not used in the correct manor. Any orders paid for by Debit or Credit card must be completed by the person whos name is on the card. Any orders paid for by Postal Order, Cheque etc will not be dispatched until all monies owed have cleared into our bank account. This does not effect your statutory rights.
